Return Eligibility: Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery. All returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and kept with original tags, labels, and packaging intact. Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Reasons: We accept returns for quality defects, wrong item shipment, size mismatch, or customer personal preference. For quality-related issues, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Refund Process: After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Processing times for refunds may vary depending on different payment platforms and banks.
Partial Refund: Partial refunds may be issued for items that are returned with incomplete accessories, minor damage caused by customers, or overdue returns.
Exchange Service: Size and style exchanges are available for eligible items. Customers only need to pay the difference in product price (if applicable), and we will arrange the reshipment after confirmation.
